Yoga Flow SF - Walnut Creek opens June 26th! This space consists of four practice rooms! One room will serve as a heated vinyasa room, one room serves as our yoga and props room; this room will offer Yoga Flow 1, Yoga Flow 1-2 classes, yin and gentle yoga, one room will serve as a barre and pilates studio.and the last room is the Mama room which focuses on prenatal and childcare!

These all level flow classes are athletic, challenging and fun! Everyone is welcome, however the focus is finding and maintaining flow state and those new to yoga are recommended to start with yoga level 1 or level 1-2 classes.
Yoga Level 1, Yoga Level 1-2 Classes
These are mindful, alignment based classes designed to teach you proper alignment and form.
Yoga classes labeled level 1 or level 1-2 are for those newer to yoga, those recovering from injuries and those who love the details.
Total-body toning and conditioning through anatomy-informed sequencing of simple, but precise ballet, Pilates, and yoga-inspired moves. The class focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements, designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.
The ballet bar can help assist as a stabilizer to support with more concentrated poses. Our instructors will encourage you to take your combination work to the middle of the room, working your core and balance to its ultimate limit. The class choreography incorporates classical one-inch mid contraction Barre technique, Cardiovascular work and large dynamic movements to flush out the lactic acid build up. This class is appropriate for all levels, even those brand new to Barre.
Mat Pilates and Pilates Fusion Classes
Our Mat Pilates classes develop and tone the body through muscular effort that stem from the core. Yoga Flow SF Pilates classes incorporate repetitive exercises performed on a mat to promote strength, stability, and flexibility. Classes also may include the use of pilates circle, pilates ball, resistance bands, and weights.
Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles, while also training your arms and legs. With core conditioning exercises students will learn how to contract muscles and to find spine, pelvis and shoulder stability. Our class will also assist in restoring correct alignment, balance, increasing flexibility, and strengthening the whole body. This class will also help the student cultivate awareness of the body and support everyday movements that are efficient and graceful. Class method consists of low-impact flexibility,and muscular strength and endurance movements.
Gentle Yoga and Yin Yoga
Mindful classes at a steady pace.
Gentle and yin yoga classes are designed to nourish the body, mind and spirit and create ease in moving the body. These classes are great for a wide range of students including those with limited range of motion, those who have been sedentary for a while and want to start moving the body in a safe way and those who need a gentle, relaxing experience.
