Yoga Flow is conveniently located in Walnut Creek, near many attractions and landmarks. We are a short distance away from the Lesher Center for the Arts, The Ruth Bancroft Garden & Nursery, and Valley Art Gallery. Our studio is also near restaurants and shopping centers as well as Historic Downtown Walnut Creek which has many high-end shops as well.

Walnut Creek serves as a hub for the surrounding cities, connecting to major highways Northwest and South on I-680, West on Hwy 24, and East on Ygnacio Valley Rd. BART locations through Walnut Creek are accessible from the Walnut Creek Station. It is southeast of Briones Regional Park and north of Diablo Foothills Regional Park. It is located 16 miles east of the city of Oakland. There are many awesome landmarks around Yoga Flow SF, including Heather Farm Park, Lime Ridge Open Space, Shell Ridge Open Space, and Lindsay Wildlife Experience.
