Yoga Flow SF offers negotiable corporate packages for in-studio sessions.

Your employees can enjoy our yoga classes at one of our four beautiful locations. We can negotiate package pricing based on how many employees and classes will be covered, and the company will be billed directly or we can pass the discounted rate to your employees to pay or get reimbursed.

Additionally, we have an option for you to reserve soace at our studio and as a group for team building and Health Seminars that can include class, lunch, mindfulness and mediation. Great for team building and special events.

At Your Location You Set the Time and Place

One of our highly-trained and insured teachers will come to your company and teach for 45 minutes to an hour in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Turn your break room or office into a space for yoga or have peaceful meditation and breathing practices at the desk with one of our desk yoga classes. All employees will need is a change of clothes and a mat. Classes are structured to be appropriate for all levels of practitioners.
