About Alma Park
Alma Park has been around for more than a century. It was originally a park and leisure area with tennis courts and an oval where sports could be played. Later, it had bike ramps built all over the ground so that riders may perform their best stunts.
Today Alma Park is a popular tourist destination for visitors and locals to enjoy nature. Alma park has walking tracks, bike trails, open fields, picnic areas with barbecues and even canoeing on the river. There are also many playgrounds so young kids can have fun while parents watch from nearby benches. Alma Park truly offers something for everyone.
Alma Park is a beautiful and relaxing place to spend your summer days. It has lots of attractions like the playground, dog park, and open spaces for picnics with friends. The best part about Alma Park is that there are free concerts each Sunday in the summer. There’s something for everyone at this great neighborhood spot.
The people of Alma Park and the surrounding areas are very excited about the grand opening of Alma Park! The park will be open to all visitors starting May 1st. There is a variety of activities that you can enjoy at the park such as kayaking, hiking, fishing, biking trails, and much more.

How to get to Alma Park?
Alma Park is easy to get to by public transportation. Alma metro station has direct access from Alma park which makes it very convenient for visitors to travel there. Alma park also provides free parking at their facility. It takes about 20 minutes on foot or five minutes by car or bus can be used instead of taking a walk if you want to avoid the hot sun.
Bus numbers 216 and 219 stop at the end of Alma Road, which is located here. There are other bus routes that you can take to get to this Alma Park, which can be found on the Alma Park Website.

Alma Park is a very popular destination and it’s best to arrive there early to find parking and get good seats for your family or group of friends. Alma park has several picnic areas which can accommodate large groups of up to 100 people, but if you go with less than 40-50 people Alma park also offers a small wooden gazebo that is very popular with families.
Alma Park is known for its beautiful grounds and walking paths which are the perfect place to spend time in nature. Alma park has a small lake surrounded by the woods, it’s also an ideal spot for fishing and rowboat rentals. For those who like a more active vacation, Alma Park provides opportunities such as tennis or basketball court, soccer field, and golf course. Alma Park is also known for its great entertainment program during the high season which is held on weekends. It has several cafes located around the pond where you can get a delicious meal or refreshments while watching nature around you.
